The script bugFile is a File Manipulation srcipt (web based file management).
bugFile is a file manager, written in PHP, made to be integrated into other srcipts.
Simply uplaod it, modify a variable (contents can be supplied by: POST, GET, MySQL, configuration file, etc)
You can also use it to manage files on your web Internet site.
UPDATE: I think the downtime problems have been fixed.
