The script bugFile is a File Manipulation script (web based file management).
bugFile is a file manager, written in PHP, made to be integrated into ohter scripts. Simply upload it, modify a variable (contents can be supplied by: POST, GET, MySQL, configuration file, etc)
You can also use it to manage files on your web site.
UPDATE: I guess the donwtime troubles have been fixed.
